ghemini,

depends on the condition of it mate, not looking for anything spectacular, but least amount of rust as possible. just want the rolling body, dont need engine etc.

And why is asking what the most you want to pay a stupid question, pray tell? With your attitude, no wonder you turn up empty handed.

It is well worthwhile asking the max someone is willing to pay. That's not the same as what that one is willing to pay for the car offered.

When people quote something unrealistic (like $1,500 or $3,000 for my GT Belletts or Florians or Wasp) it is simpler to avoid further conversation by stating "no go". (Or in my cases, a Foff and a smile.)

Conversely, without an indicative price range, many won't bother replying.
Isuzu means a lot to me
(Caveat: But I've never owned a Gemini)
