12" pioneer sub in pioneer box @ strathfield for bout 130 and for an amp to run just the sub get a reasonable 2ch (maybe $150) unless u want mega bass..then go for a monoblock($$alot more)

2 12inch 1000 watt pioneer subs in a box around $300 and get a 1100 watt 1 channel pioneer or kenwood amp on ebay for around $250 and get it crossedover it will thump

ive got a twin 10 inch subs in box ( kenwood ) almost new u can have for $120.
