Engineering Approval
Some modifications are considered user allowed where others require approval from a qualified person. Most states have a system in place where authorised engineers inspect and certify changes. This forum covers most common modifications and explains what will and won't need approval. Remember, the reason this system exists is to ensure safety standards remain in place yet still letting us modify to suit our individual tastes.
