I have an RB on the front-dirt with a towbar,but does not have a tongue. I am in Adelaide,and would send photos of mounting details etc. if req. In regard to price i'm thinking $40 i'll take it off and post at your expense? Can send details of plug wiring also if required(colour codes) P.M. is good.
