Help with nikki carb

Hi all having trouble with fuel not going down nikki carbie on my gem it goes into fuel bowl thats as far as it goes been looking forward to hear it running but having trouble

Has the carby been left dry for a while? It sounds like the fuel bowl may not be filling, stuck needle & seat

I try to tackle one day at a time, but o̶f̶t̶e̶n̶ sometimes several days attack me at once.
