SOLD: TF Gemini 1.6 5spd Sedan No Rego $950 - Melbourne
Posted: Tue Nov 18, 2008 9:03 pm
Recently purchased this car as I smashed my old Gemini, have swapped over all the good bits into this car and purchased some stuff for it already however now due to buying an S13 Silvia I no longer require the Gemini and its time to move on.
Details of the car:
Excellent condition G161Z Engine (1.6l)
Near new clutch
5 Speed Manual
Tacho Cluster / Dash
Vinyl Seats
CD Player
Central Locking
Solex Locks
Proton Satria GTI Center Console
Irmscher Momo Steering Wheel
Japanese Isuzu Badge & TE Round headlight Grille
Brand new speedo cable
Brand new rare spares boot floor (needs to be cut and welded in)
I have a brand new 28 day unregistered vehicle permit to use on this car, buyer is free to use it to drive the car home, take for test drive, etc
Rear end has had a bit of filler in it, was involved in a minor rear end crash beforehand which was knocked out then filled up and sanded back. Nothing too serious. Front left has also had a slight knock in it which is not repaired.
Boot has been fibreglassed up around the spare wheel well and bogged in some other areas, the previous owner drilled a lot of holes into the boot floor. I purchased a brand new remade boot floor from rare spares to weld in, any panel beater can do this or you could do it yourself if you know how to mig weld. It cost me $255.
Paint is dodgy, will need to be resprayed if you want it to look nice, few dents around the car that will need attention.
All up the car owes me around $1500 as it sits, it will make an excellent run around car with the only major issue being the bog / fibreglass in the boot floor which can be sorted by the new floor I have already purchased and a bit of cutting and welding.
Car has chopped springs, however I have original height springs from my previous car that I could supply to the buyer. Also needs a new right hand tail light as the backing for the reverse light has been removed by the previous owner for some reason.
Asking $950ono for the car, located in Keilor (North West Melbourne)
Anyone who is genuinely interested make me an offer and come take a look. Car must go asap to make room.
