The problem with me regoing it is it'll cost you more for the stamp duty to transfer it into your name. I can put a raodworthy on it , but wont rego it , i'll take $300 off to cover rego if need be.

regarding rego, thats fair enough.
does paint need a clear, if so would you be doing that?
can you give me numbers so i can run checks ( REVS ) etc.
when would be a good time to have a look at it?
P.S. got any engine pics.
cheers.

car has a clear title.. Not that im against it , but a revs check is a waste of time.
They are only good for new, expensive vehicles , that have finance owing on them. unlike older cars , such as these, that are a lot cheaper.

If i get a roadworthy , then all my details will be on it , and i'd be more than happy to put my hand up and step forward if there was something wrong with it ( i have about 17 geminis in my yard at any given time ).

The paint needs buffing ( which im currently in the middle of ) , and still a few minor things doing to it before being 100% ready for roadworthy. I did however notice a slight rattle on startup the other day , and am thinking i might reco the motor to make sure its 100% ( have just finished building one for an older guy )

I'd suggest coming and having a good look at the car first , even test drive it down the road and then go from there. I wont be getting a roadworthy until a deposit is taken ( from previous experience , having a car sit for a few months and having to pay for a new rwc when the old one runs out adds up! )

Let me know what your thinking

not worried about money owing more worried about buying a stolen car
(even tho thats probaly not the case better safe than sorry).
if you reco the motor will you put extra on price & how long will that take.
would i be able to have a look at it this weekend?
cheers:-)
P.S. 17 gemis thats my kind of backyard.

take about 2 weeks to do it , and yeah , this saturday ( tomorrow ) would be the best time to view.if you want my address pm me and i'll send it thru to you, or call me on 0421 305 200

I highly doubt its stolen , a lot of the cars i buy are just out of rego , and a lot of the time i'll sight their rego papers ( or find them in the glovebox )
