Seems abit low to me for a clean, straight, well-optioned Gem that's had alot of work put into it.
If you're looking for a project I'd think you'd be looking for something not as finished as this 1 unless you're just dressing it up.
Project to 1 guy means wax, to another it's wheels & slammed, & to another it's a complete strip/paint/resto in, out, & under.

Gotta say tho, I'm not a good price estimator; I'm in the states.
I know I'd be STOKED to get it at that price.

Hope to see whatever you get & post pix of your improvements as it comes along.
