If you have a carby that you want to sell that would suit a worked G200 let me know. Thanks

Not knowing just how 'worked' your engine is I can't make a good judgement on what is the ideal carby. One thing I do find is that people just presume the Nikki isn't going to be good enough but I tend to think otherwise. The original Nikki is capable of doing a good job providing it is in good condition. Don't expect a carby that has been working without a service since 1985 to be still performing at it's best. Consider getting the carby reconditioned and you will be surprised just how well they perform.

My friend had a fairly heavily worked G200, he got the nikki rebuilt and never had a problem with it. The car ran perfectly even on idle with the big lumpy cam and he didnt have any run on problems either. We fitted a 32/36 to his car one time and it didn't run half as good as the nikki did so we ended up swapping it back.

I like the nikki carburettors, I've never had a major problem with them. Cant say the same about the webers tho where ive had no end of trouble and could never get decent kms per tank with them.
