Repco, Bursons and Rare Spares are also good for Manuals, The older cars they most times dont stock the manuals in store however if u contact the sales office or even speak to your local store they may be able to order them in.

mad, never heard of a vectra twin cam motor in a gem, just for now kim get rims that at least are the same size so u can drive the car without doing u turns all the time. Wat kind of body kit are u looking at? ZZZ?

yeah, the vectra twin cam is a quirky idea that i had. dont know if i would eventually do it, but its there as an option if i wanna.

As for rims, i am again finding it hard to get some good looking ones in 13". Every design that i like i look at it closer and most of them are 17" (the idea did come to me of raising the car so that they could fit).

Body kit...... one that will hopefully fit. dont know much about body kits so was going to cross that path when i get to it.

Yeah, i know its only an RB, but i am mainly doing it up for the uniqueness of it.... how many modded RBs do you see running around? And with my budget of practically schrapnel in my pocket i only get the chance to do things one at a time and shopping around to see where i can get things cheaper (Ebay has been really helping me out with some ideas for the car and prices).

if your gonna get rims kim, dont go 13 s, like u said do it once do it right, if the car is to low, get urself some pedders low riders, or the bodgie way get some factory rb springs and cut em but not to low, ive got the pedders springs on mine, with 17 ich rims, perfect cause u can put low profile tyres on it too, u wont find the rims u want unless u go bigger. I like ur ideas, no one ever does up an rb, properly anyways wouldnt mind seeing this thing when shes done. you can buy the central locking motors from jb hifi, get the heavy duty ones, they r yellow cost me around 30 bucks i think, then all u gotta do is get an alarm to control em if u even want to go crazier u can get a button start. TALK ABOUT unique for an rb :)

sounds like a plan. Thanks.

The ball joints would be the first things i will need to tackle though... they are overdue for a replacement.

How much would the low riders set me back? couldnt find much on ebay.

well i bought mine with out any discounts for 400 bucks i think, but ur better off calling pedders up and asking them for ur gem, prices could vary, a trick or two is to try and get it trade price. if u have any friends that own a panel beater shop or a car repair shop, buy it with their name that will ull get it even cheaper. I know ur out in the bush Just pray there is a pedders next to ur area. ILL ship em out to ya :P
