gemini part desparately neeeded

Hi, I have a gemini 1980 TE wagon that needs a drivers external door handle and the plate part that fits under it attached to the door itself. I'm having a hell of a lot of trouble finding one in QLD, have tried most wreckers up and down the coast, rare spares can't even help me.Im driving my friends mental helping me look . can anyone help me?

so far Ive had no luck finding a door handle. any one help me out? I love my gem and don't want to give her up, she has had 4 new tyres,new side windshields,and all mechanically A1 fixed up i the past 12 months, nothing went wrong with this car for 5 years after I got her, NOTHING, not even a flat tyre, she is so reliable and is very much handicapped with no door handle

G'Day mate Ive got the same wagon as you. I have got the handles off a TE Sedan that i think will fit the same, they look identical from the outside anyway. Not to sure. I am in melbourne if you want to sort something out just contact me on G-Fro3168@hotmail.com. Thanks, Geoff.
