Finding the panels in "VGC and no rust or dints" is going to be a big ask to start with. Most of the Geminis in that age group will have some blemishes so you might be better to widen the scope a bit by accepting something that is in good condition but might need a repair. The need to get it in a particular colour is going to make it even harder.

Panel dents are easy enough to fix if they are only small supermarket type bumps and rust repairs can be tackled using rust repair panels that are available through numerous suppliers.

Paint isn't a real issue. You can get a litre of acrylic laquer colour matched and mixed up for about $40-45 from most Autobarn stores.

Where are you located? If you are willing to accept a few panels that could be used although they are unlikely to meet all your criteria, I can probably hunt out some worthwhile ones.

if you could send me some photo's of the panels would be muchly appreciated...and we'll work from there..

Ok, I'll start searching among my contacts. Colour isn't an issue as long as it isn't five different colours. Just paint any replacement panels in primer to get you started and they won't be able to pick on you.
