So you'll want flywheel, spigot (flywheel) bearing, clutch assembly & cable & pedal box (with brake & clutch pedals), maybe a different brake booster etc, gearbox & stick & maybe floor rubber boot/console/mat, maybe driveshaft.
Some rewiring (neutral or reverse switch; starter inhibit; maybe brake light).
And maybe a carby tune etc.
Not that I know the specifics of a Gemini, but based on similar Isuzu conversions to get you started. (Where most body fittings for manual & autos exist although they may be blank or un-tapped or blocked etc.)
Others can provide other or specific details.
PS - not that it is necessarily difficult etc, but some get caught with the trivial details - the flywheel bearing for the 16mm else 17mm gearbox shaft (instead of the torque converter) being a classic trap.
I was intending to manualise a Piazza which is trickier than a Gemini (pedal box; EFI) but I was saved by a Jackaroo. (Convoluted story - but I stooped to owning a 4WD rather than register an auto in my name!)

Isuzu means a lot to me
(Caveat: But I've never owned a Gemini)
